WHERE IS THE EVENT HAPPENING AND HOW DO I GET THERE?
The European Collaboration Summit will take place at the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf, Halle 1, Stockumer Kirchstraße, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany. The venue is easily accessible by all means of transportation. Find here a detailed description of the venue and directions.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE LANGUAGE?
English. The keynote, all sessions and other content will be held in English. The registration desk staff will also speak English.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE TIME SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT?
We envision the following time schedule, please note that it may still be subject to changes:
22 May – 9am-5pm Full-day tutorials
23 May – 9am-6pm Opening ceremony & sessions
23 May – 10am Opening of the expo
23 May– 6pm-9pm Party-Time in the expo, with drinks & snacks
24 May – 8am-6pm Sessions & closing ceremony

WHAT IS THIS PARTY-TIME ABOUT?
Party-Time is there for all attendees, speakers and sponsors, where everyone can get have fun, network, talk to speakers, sponsors, and organizers, have some beers, wine, soft drinks and some food. Please join us on Tuesday, 6pm – 9pm at the CollabSummit expo. We promise fun, cold beer and good wine.
DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE FREE DRINKS AND FOOD?
The European Collaboration Summit Ticket includes access to the conference catering. Food and drink stations will be positioned at several spots in the expo area during our coffee and lunch breaks. Snacks and drinks will also be offered at our Party-Time on Tuesday evening.
I HAVE SET MY DIETARY PREFERENCES – WHAT DO I DO FOR SNACKS & LUNCH?
We will have dietary sections clearly marked during our breaks, so they will be easy for you to find. If there are still problems or open questions, please talk to our staff at the info desk.
